How long we keep your data

Contact details will be sent to us in the form of an email and we will store these for up to 10 year since the last communication. Sales and download information is retained in email form and in the store database and will also be retained for up to 10 years since the last transaction.

If we send you an email message and this is shown as undeliverable, we will delete your contact details from our email database. You can contact us at any time to ask for your information to be removed (see below).

Where we send your data

If you use the PayPal service to make a payment in our store, your data may be sent outside the European Union. This data is controlled under the Privacy Shield agreement between the EU and the US. SustainSuccess does not collect or process this payment data. Paypal’s privacy policy can be accessed here: please contact them directly if you wish to control the information they hold about you or your payments.

We collect information about visitors who make comments on our site using the Akismet anti-spam service. The information we collect includes the commenter’s IP address, user agent, referrer, and Site URL (along with other information directly provided by the commenter such as their name, username, email address, and the comment itself). If you subscribe to our newsletters, your contact details will be sent to Feedblitz, a mailing list service which automatically send out new posts from this site to subscribers. FeedBlitz never sells, rents or buys email addresses. Their privacy policy can be found here.
